General Building Works (7GB PE)

Under our CIDB 7GB PE grading, AAH Construction delivers full-scope building works from foundation to roof completion, including structural concrete works, brickwork, roofing systems, finishing trades, and associated building services in accordance with approved drawings and engineer specifications.

All works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, SANS standards, and statutory requirements, supported by coordinated site supervision and programme control.

Civil Engineering Works (7CE PE)

We undertake civil works from initial site establishment through to completed infrastructure handover. Our scope includes site preparation, bulk excavation, cut-to-fill and cut-to-spoil earthworks operations, layerworks, municipal service reticulation, reinforced concrete structures, and roadworks construction in accordance with approved engineering drawings and municipal specifications.
All civil works are executed in coordination with consulting engineers, geotechnical reports, and municipal requirements, ensuring compliance, durability, and programme alignment.

STRUCTURAL STEELWORK (7SL PE)

Under our CIDB 7SL PE grading, we execute:
  • Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection
  • Steel Columns, Beams, Girders & Portal Frames
  • Roof Trusses, Canopies & Support Structures
  • Mezzanine Floors, Platforms, Walkways & Staircases
  • Equipment Supports & Secondary Steelwork
  • Alterations, Extensions & Strengthening of Existing Steel Structures
  • Scaffolding Erection, Alteration & Dismantling
We undertake structural steelwork from approved fabrication and shop drawings through to manufacture, delivery, erection, alignment and completed installation. Our scope includes primary and secondary steel structures, structural connections, fixings and associated scaffolding for building and engineering projects, in accordance with approved structural drawings and engineer specifications.
All structural steelwork is executed in coordination with structural engineers and specialist fabricators, with controlled erection sequencing, inspection and quality assurance to ensure structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, safety and programme alignment.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING WORKS (7ME PE)

Under our CIDB 7ME PE grading, we execute:
  • Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning (HVAC) Systems
  • Mechanical Ventilation, Air-Handling & Extraction Systems
  • Pumping Installations & Mechanical Plant
  • Centralised Hot-Water, Heating, Boiler & Steam Systems

We undertake mechanical engineering works from coordinated procurement and installation through to testing, commissioning and completed system handover. Our scope includes mechanical plant, equipment, pipework and associated infrastructure serving residential, commercial, institutional and industrial developments, in accordance with approved mechanical engineering drawings and project specifications.
All mechanical works are executed in coordination with consulting engineers, specialist suppliers and equipment manufacturers, ensuring compliance, safe operation, maintainability, system performance and programme alignment.
